THE TIME IS NOW TO GET YOUR NEW BILL PAY SET UP!
The information below is directed at our current Bill Pay customers.
If you have not previously signed up for Bill Pay but would like to, please login to the new Online Banking system and click Bill Payment in the left hand menu. There you will access the sign-up form.
If you are already a Bill Pay customer, please read this page in its entirety, as we have converted to a completely new system and the below information is important.
BILL PAY LOGIN
- Once you are logged into the new Online Banking, click “Bill Payment” in the left-hand menu.
- This will launch the Bill Pay website. This is completely different from the previous system, so please allow some time to explore it.
Added benefits to the new Bill Pay system include:
- More electronic payments
- Electronic bill presentment
- Live chat help
- Extended support hours
- Person to person electronic payments
- Personalized gift checks and charitable donations
We have transferred as many of your active payees as we could. This conversion was done manually so it is very important that you double-check the payee information; including name, address, and account number; before sending a payment.
Some of your active payees may not have been transferred because of a lack of access to complete information. In these cases you will need to recreate the payees from the information on your bills. If you need help learning how to set up your payees, please give us a call or bring in a bill and we can help you learn the new system.
